Similarly to the production line of The Simpsons, only the storyboards and animatics were produced by Rough Draft in Glendale, California, while the animation itself was made by the South Korean part of the company. While storyboards and animatics were still drawn by hand on paper, everything else like the inking, painting and in-betweening was created in graphics computers by scanning the drawings, eliminating the costly way of using traditional analogue film material.
